Rear projection screens

dnp rear projection screens are optical discs, which direct the light in contrast to conventional diffusion screens and do not spill the light. dnp rear projection screens are provided with a Fresnel structure. Developed by the French physicist August Jean Fresnel Fresnel lens enable the production of smaller lenses, since only the relevant optical boundary surfaces of the lens are simulated stepped in concentric circles. The incident light from the projector is directed in such a way, that a uniform illumination without hot spots and higher projection brightness can be achieved.

The principle

Highest quality through Fresnel-structure:

  • better and homogenous light distribution
    • brighter image, but without „Hot Spots"
  • Ambient light is filtered by a special coting
    • high contrast, great black level
  • high gain-level
    • less light power of the projector
  • wide-angle projector-configuration possible
    • space-saving installation of the projector possible
