Brightsign Basic Concierge Service

Exertis Pro AV's digital signage service team takes care of setting up presentations and media players, as well as providing simple training on day-to-day content management. This service is designed for end users who only need basic content - such as slideshows, videos, live TV zones, and simple RSS tickers. For more complicated presentations, a custom quote is required.
Exertis Pro AV handles the following tasks:

- BrightSign network setup (if purchased).
- Initial playlist creation (with images/videos provided by the end user)
- Zone layout
- Basic ticker setup (RSS feeds, text)
- Initial upload of content to BSN
- Initial content testing

Exertis Pro AV provides 30-minute training on regular content management tasks, including uploading new media, editing playlists, editing ticker messages, publishing content, and proper media formatting for images and videos. The training does not cover advanced player setup, editing content with third-party software, HTML content, or other complex tasks.
