Sustainable and future-oriented with our children from the K19 Children's Center

Since September 2021, Exertis Pro AV has been a partner of the K19 Herzenssache Children's Center in Geislingen. The children’s greatest wish was to have a new spiral slide for their premises. Exertis Pro AV was able to fulfill this wish with further donations. The new spiral slide was officially inaugurated on December 15, 2022 by Rainer Sprinzl, Managing Director DACH at Exertis Pro AV and the K19 Children's Center.

The cooperation between AV/IT distributor Exertis Pro AV from Uhingen and the K19 Children's Center in Geislingen, which has been in place since 2021, is designed as a long-term partnership and is intended to support the Children's Center with regular donations throughout the year. The sponsor of the Children's Center is the AGAPEDIA foundation, which was founded by Jürgen Klinsmann in 1995 and is active in Germany and Eastern Europe. As a prelude, the fundraising campaign "Exertis with Heart" was launched at Christmas 2021, when a donation check in the amount of €5,000 was handed over. With the proud donation sum, the children's wish has now come true. A new, exciting spiral slide was installed in the premises of the children's center.

Therefore, it is a great concern for us to put a smile on the faces of the children of the K19 Children's Center by financing the spiral slide", Mike Hommel, Marketing Director DACH at Exertis Pro AV, is pleased.

Jürgen Klinsmann is also pleased about Exertis Pro AV's social commitment: "I think it's great that Exertis Pro AV, as a local Swabian enterprise, is socially committed and supports the children of the K19 Children's Center. In this way, we can also offer our help to refugee children from the Ukraine. The new spiral slide and other exciting actions bring a lot of joy to the children."

Another good cause that Exertis Pro AV supports as part of the fundraising campaign "Exertis with Heart" is healthy and balanced nutrition for the children of the K19 Children's Center. Most of the children who attend the Children's Center come from near-poverty backgrounds and have limited access to a healthy and balanced diet. Since a healthy diet for the children is close to the children's center's heart, in the future a fruit and vegetable box in organic quality will be ordered once a week from the Albgärtle nursery in Lonsee.
